  This website provides a platform for an extensive, world-wide intercultural research survey, focusing on work habits, communication patterns, presentation and negotiation styles in globalised, technically dominated work environments.

The aim of the survey is to identify the vital areas of cultural diversity and so to understand and to improve the interaction of technical co-workers, clients, suppliers and alliance partners from different countries and cultures.

The final goal is to contribute actively to the further improvement and fostering of management, leadership and communication in an intercultural context.The Intercultural Research Institute is a non-profit organisation based in Germany.
